Russian authorities arrested two people allegedly linked to the murder of political opponents of President Vladimir Putin.
"Two of those arrested were Anzor Gubashev and Zaur Dadayev. They have been arrested today," said Director of the Russian Intelligence Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov, in the Russian national television, as quoted by the BBC on Saturday 07/03."President Putin has been informed of this arrest," said Bortnikov.
Boris Nemtsov was shot dead while walking on a bridge not far from the Kremlin. When the incident took place, the 55-year-old man was with his girlfriend.
Suddenly there was an armed offender who opened fire on Nemtsov up to eight times. While Nemtsov girlfriend survived without injuries.
Death of Nemtsov, making Putin furious. He promised to do everything to bring the perpetrators responsible for the death of Nemtsov.
Earlier, the death of Nemtsov led to the suspicion of opposition. Alexei Navalny opposition figures accused Putin ordered this murder.
Several times the threat came over Nemtsov. However, according to Ilya Yashin, though often threatened, Nemtsov never felt scared.
